Shipping policy

Processing Time
All custom and personalized items at Creations with Hart LLC are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, back-to-school, graduation season), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Shipping Carrier & Time
All orders ship via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Total Estimated Delivery
Please allow 6-12 business days total from order date to delivery (production + shipping combined).

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout via USPS rates based on your location and the item(s) ordered.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
You will receive USPS tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at creationswithhart@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee a change if the order has already entered production.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked "delivered" by USPS. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. For packages lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim with USPS directly, and we're happy to assist with that process.
