Refund policy

Custom & Personalized Items — Final Sale
Because many items sold by Creations with Hart LLC are made-to-order and personalized (including but not limited to engraved signs, ornaments, crosses, and flags), all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping damage (see below).

Non-Custom/Stock Items
Ready-made, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at creationswithhart@gmail.comwith photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Incorrect Personalization
Please review all names, dates, and text carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization submitted correctly by the customer. If we made an error in production, we will remake the item at no cost.
